RuskoAs a label, Mad Decent has an interesting approach to their signings. It seems that if an artist is doing something that sounds good and has at least some element of originality, they can be signed. What a concept. Rusko is hardly a stranger to the MD clique, playing gigs with other label artists in the past year, leaving behind his d’n'b beginnings for a solidly electro/dubstep style. He’s done some high profile remixes (Little Boots, Kid Cudi, Basement Jaxx), and we’ve heard is quite the ladies man. Ooh la la. That drum’n'bass background, of course, makes him a technical master, better than most at the mere act of mixing. His debut, OMG, (really?) is set for a March release.

Bosco Delrey is hardly known outside of a handful of DJs who have been dropping tracks like his take on Chuck Berry’s “Round n Round” (which frankly, is annoying, especially in a club). Delrey’s new single “Space Junky” exceeds the previous in quality. His album will be out some time next year, along with the debut from Philadelphia trio Popo. Dubbed “everyone’s favorite gigantic Pakistani three-some,” they already have a single out on Mad Decent, “Kill Tonight,” and are finishing an LP for a spring release.
