You like Passion Pit, yes? Well you’ll like this too. Yes Giantess have been tricking people into thinking they were hearing new or unreleased material from the PP. No, it hasn’t been malicious. They just have the same producer and similar sound. They’re friends, so it’s cool. Basically if you like synth and falsettos you will like Yes Giantess. They’re in the studio with Richard X (ahhhhh!!), Hannah Robinson (Ladyhawke’s producer), and the dude who twiddled some knobs for Florence and the Machine, Charlie Hugall. They have a little tour with Little Boots this week, in which they will play in venues too small to contain the Boots. Listen to them on their Space. Go see them this week. Dates below.
