A Camp

Nina Persson’s semi-solo outfit A Camp released an album in 2001 that never got a proper US release, but neither did the last (very excellent) record from her main band The Cardigans. Now, with her husband (former Shudder to Think member) Nathan Larson, and Niclas Frisk of Atomic Swing, Persson has made a proper

follow-up, entitled Colonia, set to release on Nettwerk in the US this spring. Sparklehorse’s Mark Linkous, who had worked on the first A Camp record, is nowhere to be found.

A tour kicks off in New York in late May and runs for about three weeks.

May 26th Bowery Ballroom New York, NY
May 27th Middle East Boston, MA
May 28th 9:30 Club Washington, DC
May 30th Johnny Brenda’s Philadelphia, PA
